Traci Gaines Writes HOW TO KILL A PLAYER!

Traci Gaines Writes HOW TO KILL A PLAYER!

In the same vein as Virginia Woolf's "A Room of One's Own," which was an empowering story meant to inspire women to stand up for their rights, author Traci Gaines' How to Kill a Player! Exposing the Game (published by AuthorHouse) looks to inspire and empower women to stand up for themselves in a relationship. The book discusses cheating in relationships and the effects on both men and women. "This book is for the women that I feel have been stepped on, beaten up, or tortured by men," tells Gaines.

How to Kill a Player! tells the story of Cherry, a homeless woman looking for love. When she meets a man named Mark, everything seems perfect - he offers her a place to stay and sleep, then the two go out for dinner, quickly falling in love with one another. However, when Cherry goes on vacation, she meets Jack, and the two also fall in love. What is she to do, and how is she to choose?

"Whatever hurts you makes you strong, and whatever helps you, makes you a better person," says Gaines. She is a firm believer that people learn something new every day, and must in turn take that knowledge to the intelligence they already possess.

"I have finally decided to tell the stories of men and how they operate. I have heard sob stories and angry stories from lots of women. I know that some situations will amaze you, make you mad, then hopefully make you think clearly! It is time for the world to know what is going on in the black communities!

"There are a whole lot of things that women and men go through, and this is my story."

Traci Gaines is a single mother with a bachelor's degree in liberal studies. She has told stories all of her life and finally put her foot down to tell hers.
