Scott Barker was born in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. He holds Bachelor degrees in French Literature and Education as well as a Master's degree in Education. In addition to being a full time high school teacher, department head, and father of two, he has always found time for creative writing and storytelling. The plot of Shadows Over Sheradan takes place on a fantasy world that the author has been developing for nearly three decades. He lives with his lovely wife and two young children near Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
