Social Impact Exchange has named First Book one of the top 100 "high-impact solutions to America's most pressing problems."

First Book, a nonprofit that is transforming educational system for kids in need by providing them with new, high-quality books and resources, is one of 100 organizations to appear on Social Impact Exchange's new S&I 100 index, an exclusive list of U.S. nonprofits "with proof of results and high potential for expansion."

Intended as a seal of approval for both donors and investors, the S&I 100 is the result of a thorough and rigorous research and selection process in which impact and growth were major factors. To be included on the list, First Book had to meet extensive eligibility requirements, including a detailed plan to scale and an extensive evaluation of impact by third party experts.
