Third Creek Advisors, LLC (TCA) announced today that THE PERFECT CORPORATE BOARD: A Handbook for Mastering the Unique Challenges of Small-Cap Companies," written by TCA's Founding Principal Adam J. Epstein, is now available. Published by McGraw Hill, the book is the first of its kind resource created specifically for small-cap corporate directors. In addition, TCA also announced that Mr. Epstein's book royalties will be donated to Fisher House Foundation, a military non-profit organization that provides a "home away from home" for families of patients receiving medical care at major military and VA medical centers.
